Author's Note: This is a plain old Clone Wars fanfiction. Reading a book on the Congress of Vienna at the same time as Dark Rendezvous made me want to write about a Star Wars peace summit, as well as inspiration from the events in Senate Spy. Ever since writing Nothing is Innocent I've been shipping Pestage/Moteé, not sure why. This will go some way toward explaining the relationship between those two characters in Alexis, if you read that story. If you treat this like a Clone Wars episode you won't be far wrong. Obviously, it's set before the events in Senate Spy. I have the whole story mapped out in my head, so don't worry about it suffering the same fate as The End of the Festival. My other WIPs are progressing too.
